What we collect on this website

When you request an Enterprise demo we collect the name, work email, company, recruiting team size and any message you choose to provide. We use those details only to respond to your request.

Product analytics

Homepage analytics events record which sections were viewed and which calls to action were used. These events carry no parameters: no assessment answers, no free text and no personal information is attached to them.

Assessment and report data

Information you enter into a Capacity Intelligence assessment is used to produce your report and the assumptions shown alongside it. Enterprise deployments may additionally process data from systems your organization connects, under the terms agreed with your organization.

Retention and deletion

Contact details submitted through this website are retained while we are in contact with you about ReCapacity. To ask us to update or delete information you have provided, contact us through the Enterprise demo form.

Shared responsibility

ReCapacity is responsible for the platform and the practices described here. Your organization remains responsible for the data it chooses to submit or connect and for the internal decisions it takes using ReCapacity outputs.
