These terms are maintained by ReCapacity and apply to use of this website and the ReCapacity platform.

Use of the website

Content on this website, including illustrative examples, is provided to explain Recruitment Capacity Intelligence. Illustrative examples are not benchmarks, guarantees or customer data.

Estimates and outcomes

Estimated Recoverable Capacity is an estimate. Recovery is conditional on automation and management action. Constraints outside your organization’s control remain visible as constraints and are not counted as recoverable capacity. ReCapacity does not guarantee any specific capacity, cost or hiring outcome.

Plans and billing

The free Capacity Intelligence Report is available at no charge. Paid products (Capacity Intelligence, Simulation Lab and ReCapacity 360) are billed as described at the time of purchase and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Enterprise deployments are governed by the agreement signed with your organization, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ReCapacity only with data you are permitted to process, and not to attempt to access other organizations’ data or interfere with the service.
